A few resources that I found helpful so far:
- npm basics on Treehouse
- Introduction to npm scripts – a short, but powerful lesson! I now understand how scripts in the
package.jsonfile work, how
postscripts work, and has also helped me read npm errors better. I fix these errors myself these days!
- Creating your own npm package! This is very nice article and I am working on publishing my very own first npm package soon.
Learning from these resources has helped me debug things on my own, instead of necessarily searching online on DuckDuckGo.
The last link in particular goes through creating one’s first npm package, setting up backwards compatibility, linting code, testing code setting up test coverages and publishing the npm package on npm website. You should check it out!
